Odoo implementation, one stage at a time.

Odoo projects go wrong when everything is switched on at once. We start by learning how your company really works, then put Odoo in place one area at a time. With AI taking the repetitive work, every stage moves faster and you see working software every week.

A 30-minute call, no commitment.

How an implementation runs

  1. Before we start

    Intro call

Thirty minutes. You walk us through your setup, we tell you if we can help.

  2. Weeks 1 to 4

    Discovery

Four weeks inside your operations: we map how you work and set up your Odoo database at the same time. Ends with a staged written plan.

  3. From week 5

    Development

Working software every week, billed monthly. Stop any month you like: full documentation, no penalties.

  4. After go-live

    Maintenance

We stay on after go-live for as long as you want us. Yearly upgrades included: you always run the latest Odoo, today Odoo 20.

Discovery: four weeks of analysis and setup

Discovery takes four weeks inside your operations. We sit with the people who sell, buy, store, produce and invoice, and follow a few real orders from start to finish. We collect the spreadsheets, the documents and the workarounds everyone relies on but nobody wrote down.

Alongside the database, you get a written plan split into stages. Each stage says which areas go live, what Odoo covers as standard, what needs configuring, what needs custom development if anything, how long it takes and what it costs.

If Discovery shows we are not the right team for you, you get a full refund. We would rather lose a project than start one we cannot deliver well.

Stages, not a big bang

The first stage is usually the area that hurts most: often sales and invoicing, sometimes inventory. It goes live in weeks, not months, and your team starts using Odoo while the next stage is built on top of it.

Every stage follows the same loop: configure, move the data, test with your team, train, go live. You see working software every week, development is billed monthly, and you can stop any month with full documentation and no penalties.

Odoo standard first

Every line of custom code is something you have to maintain and carry through every Odoo upgrade. Standard features are maintained by Odoo and improve every year at no cost to you.

So we configure before we develop. Where the standard Odoo way is as good as yours, we say so and help your team adopt it. We write custom modules only where your business genuinely works differently: the part Odoo does not do out of the box.

Where AI makes it faster

Thanks to AI, our implementations are now much more agile. We use it throughout the work: to turn Discovery interviews into process maps, to configure faster, to clean and map data before a migration, and to write and run test scenarios. People still decide and review every step. AI takes the repetitive part.

That is why our timelines are shorter than a traditional proposal, and why senior work costs less with us. Once you are live, we can also connect your Odoo to Claude, ChatGPT or any AI client, so your team can ask it questions in plain language.

What you have at go-live

  • Odoo set up for the areas in the stage, on the latest version
  • Your data moved over and checked by your own team
  • People trained on the screens they will use every day
  • Written documentation of how your system is set up
  • Support and the yearly upgrade, for as long as you want them

Questions, answered.

Why does Discovery take four weeks?

Because it is not only analysis. In those four weeks we also create and set up your Odoo database, so development starts on a working base and a written plan, not just a report.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

It depends on how many areas you switch on. A focused first stage, such as sales and invoicing, can be live about eight weeks after kickoff. A whole-company rollout runs in stages over several months, with each stage live before the next one starts.

What does an implementation cost?

It depends on how many areas of your business you switch on. A setup month, then development billed monthly. Once you are live there is a maintenance fee to support your team and keep the platform up to date. Nothing is sold as a closed package: you can stop whenever you want.

Will we have to change the way we work?

Only where it is worth it. Where the standard Odoo process is as good as yours, adopting it saves you money now and at every upgrade. Where your way is what makes you different, we keep it and build for it.

Which version of Odoo do you implement?

Always the latest. Today that is Odoo 20, and the yearly upgrade to each new version is included in maintenance.

One call. One system.
